Next, through a guided meditation, you are led into a Theta brainwave state, allowing access to your subconscious mind for deeper healing. Once in this state, the practitioner conducts belief and energy work, intuitively scanning your energy to identify limiting beliefs or emotional blocks. Muscle testing (applied kinesiology) may be used to confirm subconscious patterns that need reprogramming. From there, the reprogramming and healing phase takes place, where negative thought patterns are released and replaced with empowering beliefs and positive energy. Many individuals describe this process as feeling light, peaceful, and deeply relaxed. Finally, in the closing and integration phase, the practitioner helps ground you back into the present moment and discusses ways to integrate the session’s insights into your daily life for lasting transformation.
