Spring Equinox Sound Bath + Ritual with The Sound Healing Center of Lexington

We begin with a guided seasonal ritual led by Lynna Nguyen of Creatures of Whim, offering space to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you want to nurture in the season ahead. Danielle Creamer of Stripping Illusions Studios will then facilitate a community herbal mandala using seeds and petals, inviting participants to contribute to a collective visual expression of growth, connection, and emergence.
