First we'll talk about any issues you have in your current life or chat to see where you could improve! It's best if you can think of any recent triggers so we can work through those. Even minor issues! After talking it out (and possibly some homework assignments ;) ) we will move on to reiki to clear and align your chakras to help you feel better and work through your issues more productively.

What to bring:

Pen and paper (or a journal dedicated to spiritual work is even better!) Bring any recent triggers to work through and we'll work on clearing blocks!
