A New Moon Samhain Sound Bath hosted at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington
Samhain marks the transition from autumn to winter when the veil between the living and spirit worlds is thinnest. Join us for a special sound bath to awaken your spirit and enter winter with renewed clarity. We'll harness the new moon's energy to set intentions and release old patterns.
As part of our gathering, Amy will prepare an ancestor altar to honor those who have come before us. You are invited to bring a personal item that reminds you of your loved ones—such as a photo, a cherished belonging, or any meaningful object—to place on the altar. This will be a time of remembrance, gratitude, and connection, allowing us to honor our lineage and the spiritual support surrounding us.
