About the Event
"I am a plant spirit healer and teacher. I work with various plant medicines and their inherent wisdom in my practice— I'm blessed, and very humbled to have worked with ceremonial cacao for more than two years; I love sharing my passion about cacao history, medicine and connection!! My soul purpose is guiding holistic heart-opening exchanges [rooted in plants] with my community."
- Autumn Geddes
Ceremonial cacao is a powerful plant medicine—a nourishing superfood for all systems, but has especially profound effects on the cardiovascular system and human psychology. Drinking cacao is a heart opening experience, that allows for more grace, compassion and embodiment to be experienced. This gentle, yet powerful plant spirit is very nurturing and informative when we open to receive her message, and is an amazing guide to sit with while working to heal and create.
The ceremony will take place at Jacobson Park, Shelter #5! Be sure to bring a journal and pen, water, and something to sit on like a cushion, blanket, or yoga mat—whatever you'd like to make yourself comfortable.
