Inspired by Aquarius and Pisces energies, we're channeling our positivity, confidence, and desires to lean into slow healing. Together, we will connect with our inner healers and the innate wisdom our bodies hold.

It is essential for humans to live connected to ourselves, to one another, and to the cycles of Nature. It is an essential human practice to share our stories, to move, to sound, and to give ourselves full permission to express from our soul. We need it, like we need water, nourishment, and air.

In this ceremony, we'll learn about and share ceremonial grade cacao, a plant medicine indigenous to the lands and peoples of Central and South America. We'll drop into a reflective journaling practice and open-heart sharing circle then integrate by receiving sound healing.…
