About the Event

With the first workshop having sold out, Creatures is happy to announce we'll be working with Dustin to host another workshop! This is not a continuation or advanced level course—the information covered will be the same.

Please note all participants will be required to wear face masks!

***

Brooms are a classic symbol associated with witches. In modern practices, brooms are valued as tools for clearing negativity and attracting prosperity.

Dustin Cecil, the person behind Broomtown, will walk you through making a cobweb broom. Using tassels of broom-corn (also known as sorghum) we’ll follow the traditional method of broom making. At the end of the workshop, everyone will go home with at least one completed broom.

All materials will be covered by the workshop ticket. We will also go over basic weaving techniques so no experience is required to participate!

For further questions about this workshop, don’t hesitate to contact Dustin at mr.dustincecil@gmail.com
