The spring equinox is a time of renewal. We clear out the old to invite new energies into our lives and set our intentions for the rest of the year. Welcome this season with a sound bath led by our sound healer, Amy Hudson.

Healing Frequencies 

Whatever you touch, taste, smell, see, and hear is composed of moving molecules that are interacting with you. You are also comprised of moving molecules. What does this mean? It means there is a whole helluva lot going on around us that we can neither see nor hear.

Sound waves interact with your body on a cellular level. When a singing bowl is played, your body naturally begins to relax—oxygen levels increase, meditation deepens, emotions are released, and ultimately you experience a natural state of harmony.

The vibration of crystal bowls extends far beyond your ability to hear them. Their influence brings recalibration, alignment, and balance long after the sound fades out.
