Shift the question from "What is this other person doing?" to "What is this relationship bringing up in me?"

Whether it’s a romantic partner, a parent, a close friend, or a coworker, our relationships often reflect patterns in how we think, communicate, set boundaries, and care for ourselves. This interactive workshop blends psychology, nervous system awareness, attachment theory, chakra work, astrology, and tarot symbolism to help participants better understand themselves while navigating relationships.

This is not about predicting the future or telling you whether someone is “the one.”

Instead, tarot cards are used as reflective tools to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationship patterns, and the future you’re creating through your choices.

Participants will learn to recognize the difference between responding from survival and responding from security, allowing them to date with greater self-awareness, confidence, and peace.
