Fall is the perfect season to pause & reflect on how much we’ve grown over the year. It’s also an opportunity to bring awareness to any stuck energy or limitations we’ve been holding onto. As we compassionately release these, we restore our energetic container so that we can recommit to our intentions and receive them with joy and gratitude 🙏🏻 

This ritual will consist of: a guided meditation, somatic yoga, and a nervous system regulation sound bath - all of which will support you in letting go of what is not serving you so that you can energetically align with this new season 🍁
