As one of the two equinoxes of the year, it reminds us that life is a continual dance between light and darkness, action and rest, growth and release. This sabbat is the second harvest festival of the Wheel of the Year, inviting us to pause, reflect on all we've gathered, and express gratitude before the earth begins its slow descent into winter.
