Dalgona Coffee Recipe
Pour 2 tbsp of instant coffee, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 2 tbsp of boiling water into a mixing bowl. Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip all 3 ingredients together until it turns into a whipped cream texture (about 2-5 minutes depending on which method you use). You'll know it's the right consistency when it forms into stiff peaks, similar to a meringue consistency. Then grab your favorite mug or cup and fill it 3/4 of the way with your milk of choice (dairy or nondairy). After you’ve made the whipped part, pour some milk (vegan or dairy) into a your favorite mug with some ice. Fill the mug 3/4 of the way with the milk. Lastly, spoon/scoop the whipped coffee on top of the milk to form a thick layer of it. You can stir in the coffee with a straw or spoon as you drink it. This can also be made hot using hot milk if you desire. Enjoy!
