Experience a deep sense of relaxation and connection during this 30-minute private sound healing session with crystal singing bowls. Everything is made of frequency and vibration. Whatever you touch, taste, smell, see, and hear is composed of moving molecules interacting with you. You are also comprised of moving molecules. What science tells us is that humans hear frequencies from 20 Hz up to 20,000 Hz. We also know that frequencies exist outside this range because other animals can hear them, but we can’t. For example, dogs can hear higher frequencies than humans, while elephants can hear lower frequencies. We also know that we can only see certain frequencies within the visible spectrum (colors of the rainbow), but there are all sorts of wavelengths undetected by the human eye! What does this mean? It means a whole helluva lot is going on around us that we can neither see nor hear. Science is still uncovering how we interact with those unseen frequencies. Gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, microwave rays, and radio waves are all known to exist because we use them daily in many cases. We also know some to be toxic to our natural frequencies, while other waves are beneficial. In some circles, it is believed that sound is the future of medicine! Just Google “sound as medicine” and see what pops up for you. Some of the potential benefits of sound healing include: — lowers stress — decreases mood swings — lowers blood pressure — lowers cholesterol levels — lowers risk for coronary artery disease and stroke — improves sleep Now let’s be clear. I am not a doctor or physician. I make no claims beyond my own personal experiences. When I play my crystal singing bowls, I feel relaxed and occasionally go into a trance-like state. It is also possible to feel mild to moderate discomfort during and/or after the session. Service Bookings: - Cancellation or Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. - Cancellation within 24 hours: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. - No-show without cancellation: The entire payment is forfeited. Events: - 50% of the total cost serves as a non-refundable deposit. - Cancellation of the event: You will receive a 50% refund.
